How
the Program Began
Phoenix Group has specialized in
Parking Citation Management and processing services. Many of the
WINCITE customers expressed a need to have a program to manage the
processing and collections of the False Alarm billings. This is how
the Computerized Alarm Tracking System CATS began.
CATS - How the Program Works
- The Police Officer is dispatched to
respond to an alarm. In 97% of the cases, the alarm is determined to
be false.
- The Police Officer prepares a "report'
which consists of the following information:
-
Address - Name of Business (if applicable) - Date and Time -
Reason alarm is false
- The Police Department or Agency
coordinator submits the information outlined above to Phoenix Group.
Phoenix Group begins the processing.
- Phoenix Group provides complete
processing, invoicing, revenue collections and full reporting.
